Gain a basic foundation in what an estate plan entails and why an estate plan is important. We’ll touch on the topics of wills versus revocable living trusts, power of attorney forms in Washington state, health care directives (a.k.a. living wills), and the importance of proper beneficiary designations for non-probate assets such as life insurance and retirement plans. If time allows, there will be a question-and-answer session at the end of the presentation. Adults
