Kate Lebo, co-founder of Spokane’s Pie & Whiskey events, shows us how to make delicious homemade pie crust to celebrate Pi Day, the annual March 14 celebration of the number Pi (3.14159). Tried and true pie crust techniques will be demonstrated. And you’ll leave with ready to roll out pie dough. Registration is required. Adults
